Lovely School to Attend

The colleges we went to see on Tuesday were Georgia Tech, Emory, and Spelman. Georgia Tech has a colossal campus! It was so much to see and so many places to go. Being that we were self guided I didn’t get as much information as I would have liked, but I still enjoyed the tour. Emory was a beautiful school. Not too big, not too small. The lady who was giving us information in the beginning was great! She made the school more accepting and more tempting to go to. Lastly, we went to Spellman college, which was my favorite! I absolutely loved Spelman. The campus was beautiful and phenomenal. I would love to attend school there in the future!

Beach Time!

Today, Friday the 18th, we went to one college. The name of the of the college was Keiser University. I’m not really interested in going to medical school, but I actually like the school. The school hours are shorter, you only go to school three times out the week, and you only cover one subject a month. It’s like the perfect school or any school someone could dream of going to. The classes are smaller so you get more hands on learning. Keiser University was my favorite school visited throughout the college tour next to Spelman.

After we left the college we went directly to Daytona Beach. I enjoyed myself there a lot, especially because I have never been to a beach before. Also, Naomi, Portia, Zariah, Raven, others and I went out to eat there. We went to a restaurant named Wing House. The food there was delicious. We soon returned to the beach and played in the water.

First Day of College Touring

On the first day of the college tour the colleges we went to see were Atlanta Metropolitan and Clark Atlanta. Metropolitan was kind of boring to me. It wasn’t much excitement being there and our tour guide didn’t give much accurate information about the college. As for Clark Atlanta, I loved it! It was my favorite college to visit. The tour guide/counselor gave us so much information about the college and somewhat preparing us and giving us advice for  college. Me personally, Clark Atlanta would be my first choice when it comes the time to start applying to college.

Florida Colleges

Thursday, July 17th, we went to Florida Tech and FAMU college. I was actually impressed with both colleges! Even though I’m not interested in technical things I certainly did like the programs they had to offer. Also, the people there seemed really friendly. FAMU tour guides and the speaker gave great information about law school. I’m actually interested in law and can see myself in the future being an attorney so the information shared was definitely worthwhile hearing
